A 90-minute hands-on session

You’ve built the foundations. Now it’s time to put them to work.

The final session in this three-part series from Kaseya and CyberCert is designed to help you turn compliance conversations into real pipeline, customer action and recurring cybersecurity opportunities.

Especially if you joined Sessions 1 and 2, this is where you bring it all together.

This is an execution-focused, peer-supported workshop. Bring three real prospects or existing customers and work through exactly what youn eed to do next with each one.

What you’ll do

- Open the right client conversations
Work through four practical conversations that can turn compliance pressure into a reason for customers to act.

- Lead with an assessment—not a sales pitch
See how to use a Compliance Manager gap assessment as a practical entry point to uncover risk, create urgency and establish a clear improvement journey.

- Turn compliance into an opportunity

Using AML/CTF readiness as the worked example, learn how a specific compliance requirement can help you open new prospect conversations and identify expansion opportunities with existing clients.

- Build your 30-day action plan
For each of your three target clients, identify where they are in the buyer lifecycle, choose the right next action and map out the steps from first conversation to agreed outcome.

By the end of the session, you’ll have:

  • Three named prospects or customers to take action on
  • A  clear next step for each opportunity
  • A practical 30-day client action plan
  • A structured sales journey to progress genuine interest
  • A clearer way to position standards-based assessments as a business     opportunity
  • Your own certification already in motion
